The back of the record has an eerie drawing by Kurt Cobain. The front is Kurts Incesticide doll artwork. Not many of these were made. I have never seen another one. I bought it new at a record store in 1994. It was never played. The vinyl is in mint shape. The cover has a small amount of wear from years of storage etc. Nothing major just a few creases etc. Corners show very little wear. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions.
